All works carried out by Al Murray Plumbing & Heating shall be paid for in full on completion of works.
We may ask for a deposit to be paid for special order items and high value items, if this is required by us we’ll inform you of the amount of payment required.
All payments are to be made direct to our bank account, details of these will be included in your invoice/email received from us.
Al Murray Plumbing & Heating have the right charge for late payments, in extreme cases an external source will be hired to collect late payments and the associated costs will have to be made by the late payer.
All materials and supplies remain the property of Al Murray Plumbing & Heating until full payment has been received, goods that have not been paid for will be removed from site.
Al Murray Plumbing & Heating guarantee all installation work with 12 months warranty, plus any manufacturers warranty.
Are warranties cover the point of where we connect to or install from to the point of the new installation, we do not cover any existing fitting or pipe work, valves, pumps, controls etc.
Manufacturers warranties are subject to the terms and conditions laid out by them, please refer to manufacturers website or literature for details of these conditions.
We will keep all mess to a minimum as works are carried out, and will clean the work site or area at the end of each working day to ensure that it’s as safe as possible for the customer.
All boilers will be registered by Al Murray Plumbing & Heating to the manufacturer and Gas Safe, along with any accessories installed by us.
EXTRA WORKS required by the customer will have to be agreed in writing before any commencement of that work is carried out.
We give all our customers the right to cancel any work or order they made with us subject to the following conditions,
- We are given at least 24 hours notice, notice should be sent via email.
- All orders that have been made that carry materials, boilers and controls or sanitary ware will be subject to a returns fee of 30%.
- If you don’t cancel with at least 24 hours notice at our discretion we will charge a cancellation fee of £75.00.
Al Murray Plumbing & Heating will remove your old boiler from the installation site for small fee to cover the cost of disposal.
The customer is responsible for the supply of skips or suitable rubble sack, we do not remove old bathroom suites, tiles, timber, plasterboard, glass from site.
We can arrange a skip to be delivered to site on your behalf at the going rate for such skip.
Minimum Visit & Call out Charges
Al Murray Plumbing & Heating charge a set fee for call outs and a minimum visit fee.
Minimum Visit Fee -
Upto 10 miles from base -
Upto 15 miles from base -
After 5pm weekdays Plus £20.00, after 9pm Plus £30.00.
Weekend call outs are subject to minimum visit fee of -
Sundays £70.00 during normal working times, other times by agreement only.
